We use primarily conventional produce, and are extremely proud of the quality we’re able to provide. As you know from grocery stores and farmers markets, organic produce is significantly more expensive and with a pay-what-you-can model that’s just not feasible. There are a ton of different problems in the food and agriculture space, and right now our goals center around ensuring access to quality produce access for low-income populations, and providing the access in ways that minimize epidemiological risk. As we grow, we look forward to having additional resources we can throw towards expanding our positive impact.
